Only a Jira Administrator can install applications in a cloud instance. If you are not a Jira administrator, you can request yours to install the app.

From the Atlassian Marketplace you can search for “Personify” and find the listing, or navigate directly to the app listing. To install the app, click the “Try it free” button in the top right and you will be redirected to your Jira instance to complete the installation process.

You can install Personify from within your Jira cloud instance. As an administrator you navigate to “Find new apps” (Jira Settings > Apps > Find new apps). This will show the marketplace, where you can search for “Personify” to find our listing. On our listing you can click the “try app” button to install Personify.
