This page provides you with the key terms and concepts to quickly understand the Tryble app for Jira. It's not rocket science, but there's a couple of important terms we use throughout the documentation that will help you quickly get up to speed.

Problem Space

A space which groups common problems, e.g. customer experience, operations etc. You are able to use this to act as an "umbrella" space that you can group similar problems into. 



Persona

A custom Tryble module which allows teams to create profiles of internal (organisational stakeholders) and external (outside customers and partners) customers and relate them to problems and possibilities. 

ProblemAllows definition, validation and prioritisation of a problem

Possibility

A Tryble feature which enables Trybes to detail possibilities and link them to problems.


Tryble team member Jira user that is working on problems and possibilities with other trybe members.
