This feature can only be accessed by an administrator. Changes to configuration data are replicated across associated problems and possibilities in your instance. These changes can not be undone.
This feature provides the ability to customise options for Problem and Possibility details. Currently this is limited to the following dimensions (fields):
Types
Discovery methods
Validation methods
Decisions
Add Option
Additional options for each dimension can be added by clicking the “+” icon. A new row is created, in which an option name can be provided. To save the option the tick must be clicked, followed by the “Save changes” button.
Edit Option
An option can be edited and updated by clicking the “pencil” icon in the option’s row. This will enable an editable field for the option value that can be updated. To save the updated option (and any other changes made to the dimension) click the “Save changes” button for the dimension.
Delete Option
An option can be deleted by clicking the “trash” icon in the option’s row. This will mark it for deletion, however, to commit the changes and remove it from all associated problems and possibilities, the “Save changes” button for the dimension must be clicked.
