You can access Personify from the icon at the top of the issue page. You can also hide Personify as well if you like by clicking on the “…”

 

Adding Personas to issue

With Personify, you can add one or many Personas to any issue type. In this example, we show how you can add Customer Personas to

  • Epics

  • Stories

  • Bugs

  • Tasks

 

Unlink Personas from issue

If you want to unlink a Persona from an issue, you just click on the unlink icon.

 

View Persona issue count

While your team is working on issues, they can get a quick understanding of how many issues a Persona has by viewing the number next to the unlink and Persona issues list icon. In this example Charlie Customer has 11 and Melissa Manager has 8.

 

View Persona issue backlog

When you are on an issue (of any type) you can drill down on the Customer Persona’s related issues to provide any extra context to help you on the issue you are working on. You can do this by clicking on the icon to the left of the unlink icon.
