This page provides you with the key terms and concepts to quickly understand the Tryble app for Jira. It's not rocket science, but there's a couple of important terms we use throughout the documentation that will help you quickly get up to speed.

| Problem Space | A space which groups common problems, e.g. customer experience, operations etc. You are able to use this to act as an "umbrella" space that you can group similar problems into. |

| Persona | A custom Tryble module which allows teams to create profiles of internal (organisational stakeholders) and external (outside customers and partners) customers and relate them to problems and possibilities. |
