Create Problem
Problem Space: Best-practice is to create a new problem from the problem space (Jira project) you would like to associate it with, for example here a problem is created from the “marketing” problem space.
Create from Board: It is not best-practice, but users can also create a problem from the Problem Space board. This is a two-step process, as you need to create the problem, and then re-edit the problem for the specific Sparkr details.
Update Problem
Once you have created the Problem, you can now update the Sparkr problem details by clicking on the Sparkr icon.
You will complete both the “Define” and “Validate” tabs for the Problem
