You can access Personas from the Sparkr menu in the top right of each app page and panel.
Search For a Persona
Before creating a new persona, best-practice is to check if the persona you want already exists. This is done through using the filter input, which will filter personas with names that contain your search terms.
Create a Persona
Solving Problems through Possibilities first starts with understanding the Persona you are innovating for. Remember, your Personas can represent both internal and external customers. Here’s a short video which walks you through adding detail for:

Persona names must be unique. If you try to create a Persona with exactly the same name, you will see an error notification.
View Persona Problems & Possibilities Filtered Views
Now that you’ve created a Persona, you can begin innovating! As you work through the Problems and Possibilities, you will link them to Personas as part of the process. So when you’re on the Persona page reviewing individual Personas (e.g. “Carol Customer”), you can view the list of Persona specific Problems and Possibilities. Here’s a short video which shows you how to use this feature (Assumption: is that the Problems and Possibilities are already linked to the Persona)

Hovering over the grey Problems and green Possibilities horizontal bar on the Persona card shows you at a glance how issues are related to this Persona.
Delete a Persona
If you decide that you no longer need a particular Persona and you want to delete it. By deleting it, you will delete all associated links to any Problems, Possibilities or other issue types you (e.g. Tasks or User Stories) that you may have created.
You will receive a “are you sure you want to delete the Persona” warning message to confirm you want to delete it.
