Search

To find an existing persona, navigate to the Persona page and use the filter at the top. This will limit the displayed personas with names that contain your search term.

Solving Problems through Possibilities first starts with understanding the Persona you are innovating for. Remember, your Personas can represent both internal and external customers. Here’s a short video which walks you through adding detail for:

• Biography

• Goals

• Frustrations

• Adding an “avatar” picture (20KB maximum)

• Rating personality dimensions

View Associated Problems & Possibilities

Now that you’ve created a Persona, you can begin innovating! As you work through the Problems and Possibilities, you will link them to Personas as part of the process. So when you’re on the Persona page reviewing individual Personas (e.g. “Carol Customer”), you can view the list of Persona specific Problems and Possibilities. Here’s a short video which shows you how to use the following features:

Delete

If you decide that you no longer need a particular Persona and you want to delete it. By deleting it, you will delete all associated links to any Problems, Possibilities or other issue types you (e.g. Tasks or User Stories) that you may have created.
