How to read the Persona issues colour bar
The colour bar represents how many issues are linked to the Persona in each stage. If you click on the section of the bar you will drill down to that selection of issues e.g. “In Progress.”

Adding an Avatar
Bring your Persona to life by adding an avatar! You can do this by uploading an image file less than or equal to 25KB (you will receive an error message if you try to load a file larger than 25KB).
Updating text
Personas should be living and on-going, so feel free to update the story for your Persona. Watch this short video to see how.
Updating Personality dimensions sliders
Your Customer Personas are different, bring their different personalities to life by selecting where the fit on the following personality dimensions.
Resistant --- Open
Introverted --- Extroverted
Unmotivated --- Motivated
Individual --- Team
Stressed --- Calm
