Before creating a new persona, you can check if the persona you want already exists. This is done through using the filter input, which To find an existing persona, navigate to the Persona page and use the filter at the top. This will limit the displayed personas with names that contain your search term.

Persona names must be unique. If you try to create a Persona with exactly the same name, you will see an error notification. |

View Associated Problems & Possibilities
Now that you’ve created a Persona, you can begin innovating! As you work through the Problems and Possibilities, you will link them to Personas as part of the process. So when you’re on the Persona page reviewing individual Personas (e.g. “Carol Customer”), you can view the list of Persona specific Problems and Possibilities. Here’s a short video which shows you how to use the following features:
