Configuration
Only Jira and Project Administrator roles have access to the Prioritizr app configuration settings. Changes to configuration settings affect all users.
Configuration Access
As part of Release 2.0.0, Prioritizr provides users project-level configuration options. Accessing project-level setting are different depending on your type of project.
Classic Project
For classic projects, settings can be accessed by navigating to “Project settings” > “Prioritizr Configuration” in the project-level side menu. Note, the Prioritizr Configuration link will appear towards the bottom of the project settings menu.
Next-Gen Project
For Next-gen projects, app settings can be accessed by navigating to “Project settings” > “Apps” > “Prioritizr Configuration” in the project-level side menu.
Framework Selection
A project can change the selected framework that helps team members prioritize issues. This setting can be manged via the Prioritizr app configuration.
Framework scores persist against issues between changes, but only one framework can be active at a time within a project.
Framework Dimension Settings
Prioritisation framework dimension settings can be modified for each project in Jira, so that teams can have measures that are relevant to their work. These settings are accessed via the project-level app configuration page and affect how the framework slider inputs and priority dashboard operate.
Changing project framework dimension settings does not modify existing issue Prioritizr scores. This is done manually for each issue.
